Robert is involved in all forms of relationship termination matters, including “traditional” opposite-sex divorces as well as the dissolution of non-marital relationships, domestic partnerships, and same-sex marriages. Robert also negotiates and drafts a variety of relationship agreements including cohabitation agreements, pre-partnership agreements, pre-marital agreements, and post-nuptial agreements. (Robert is a co-author of the CEB treatise, "California Domestic Partnerships and Same-Sex Marriage.") In all of his work, Robert strives to deliver efficiencies for his clients while still obtaining excellent results.
